The following is a summary of key program terms for convenience. Please refer to the full Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by their arrival date.

Upon submitting this application, you will be redirected to pay a $55 application fee. Your application will be processed once the fee has been received.

If your application is accepted, a non-refundable reservation deposit equal to 25% of the program fee is required to secure your placement. Unless otherwise specified, the remaining balance is due 60 days before your program start date.

We understand that plans can change. Subject to the Program Terms & Conditions, participants who provide at least 60 days' notice may request to transfer their reservation to another available session of the same program within two years of the original start date. Additional restrictions apply to repeated changes and transfers.

All participants are required to maintain travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, and medical coverage for the duration of their program. Proof of coverage must be provided to Wild Sun prior to arrival. Participants are responsible for travel-related expenses and personal losses resulting from illness, injury, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances affecting their ability to participate.

Wildlife rescue, veterinary, conservation, and field activities involve inherent risks and changing circumstances. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions, program rules, and directions provided by Wild Sun staff.

Your application, reservation, payments, cancellations, refunds, transfers, and participation are subject to the Program Terms & Conditions acknowledged as part of your application.
