Terms & Conditions
Applicants must be 18 years of age by arrival date.
If we accept your application, we will send you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit, equal to 25% of the program fee to complete your reservation. From that point until 30 days prior to your start date, you may postpone your trip for another time. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your program start date and is also non-refundable. If you cancel 3 times, all deposits will be forfeited. Once payments are processed there are no refunds.
Wild Sun recommends that you purchase travel insurance in case of cancelled or shortened trips.
Wild Sun Rescue Center makes every effort to ensure the safety of our students. Our first day together, we hold an informational seminar, giving you traveling tips to help guard against the dangers of personal injury or theft in the region. That said, Wild Sun Rescue Center is not responsible for any injury, property damage or loss which might occur to students while attending any Wild Sun activity or while traveling in or around Costa Rica.
